Celebrate the return of the Hotel Valencia's alcohol-infused poptails with a happy hour party, just in time for summer. The event is free and open to the public, and there will also be summer strawberry blossom mocktails available. Thursday, 5-7 p.m. 150 E. Houston St.

Each Thursday through July, Texas Public Radio and the city's Department of Arts & Culture will host a Summer Night City concert in Legacy Park. The event is free and will feature a different live entertainer each week. This week's scheduled performer is Mary Maria + Roshii. The event kicks off with a dog-friendly "yappy hour" from 5-6 p.m. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 4-9:30 p.m. 103 W. Houston St.

The H-E-B Cinema on Will's Plaza series continues this week with a free outdoor screening of Dreamgirls, the movie adaptation of the Broadway hit about a 1960s female singing group. Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs and blankets. Concessions are available for purchase on-site. Friday, plaza opens at 7 p.m. and the film begins at 8 p.m. 100 Auditorium Circle

Southtown's coolest new gathering place, Headspace, is hosting a chef pop-up featuring chef Maximillion Bergeron, formerly of Scorpion. Bergeron will take guests on a culinary tour featuring the flavors of NOLA. Can't make it this week? Headspace will host guest chefs each Friday, so stay tuned to their Instagram feed for announcements. Friday, 6-10 p.m. 109 Playmoor St

Help Paleteria San Antonio celebrate its seventh anniversary with a day full of fun at Hemisfair. There will be cake, music, face painting, and of course, paletas. Friday, 4-6 p.m. 510 S. Alamo St., Unit 104

Black Swan Yoga will host a special Pride Month-themed yoga class in the San Antonio Museum of Art's Great Hall. For $5, participants will be able to unwind during breathwork and an all-level yoga flow. Guests also will visit the galleries to learn more about the museum's LGBTQIA+ artists. The class is being hosted in anticipation of the Pride River Parade & Celebration that will pass through Museum Reach later in the evening. Saturday, 9 a.m-10:30 a.m. 200 W. Jones Ave.

Visit San Antonio's second annual Pride River Parade & Celebration returns to the River Walk this weekend. Drag performer and vocalist Ada Vox, who is serving as grand marshal, will take the Arneson River Theatre stage at 2:45 p.m. and the parade begins at 4 and 7 p.m. The day will also include other live entertainment, food and drink vendors and more fun. Saturday, 1-5 p.m. for vendors and live entertainment, parade takes place from 4-5 p.m. downtown and 7-8 p.m. along the Museum Reach

Satiate your Cajun cravings at the inaugural Twist and Pinch Crawfish Festival. Located at the Stone Oak Smashin’ Crab, the event will feature all-you-can-eat crawfish, crawfish etouffee and bayou bread for $40 per person. There will also be a crawfish eating contest (with a $300 grand prize), a live DJ and more. Saturday, 11 a.m-8 p.m. 700 E. Sonterra Blvd.

Hear from aerospace engineer Tracy Drain about her work at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab during this National Geographic Live event at the Tobin Center. Drain will discuss everything from the Kepler Mission and its search for planets beyond our solar system to the Juno Mission to Jupiter. Sunday, 2 p.m. 100 Auditorium Circle
